I am a birth mother since November of 2016. We have an
open adoption and that has helped immensely with my
healing. I have found a community of women who share
the same bond of adoption.
Emma
I became a birth mom in 2016. I got pregnant half way
through my senior year of high school, so I struggled
with shame and wanted to keep the pregnancy a secret.
However I’ve come a long way and am now very proud
of my story.
Lacy
Lacy is a birth mom who enjoys educating and speaking
about how adoption has shaped her life. She connects
with other birth moms at local support groups and has
spoken on panels educating prospective adoptive parent.
Katie
Katie is an adoptee, and birth mom, who is passionate
about adoption advocacy and breaking stigmas around
birth parents. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and
hanging out with her dog, Chloe.
Megan
I placed my son for adoption in 2014. I was 21 at the time
and working as a waitress. My hobbies include teaching
tap dance, watching movies, listening to music and
spending time with my family and dogs! I am a very open
person and will answer any questions you may have.
